What's in Your Bottled Water?

What’s in your bottled water?

The FDA is the agency in charge of regulating bottled-water daily, yet they are not doing their job properly. Many people think that if they buy expensive bottled, they’re buying pure and clean water yet they can be wrong. In recent years, bottled water has been recalled due to contamination by arsenic, bromate, cleaning compounds, mold and bacteria. Also, in California, 8 students got sick by drinking a bottled water that they got from a vending machine. The reason Americans turn to expensive bottled water is because they think it's cleaner, but that's not true in many cases. No water bottles say where the water came from and how they make their bottled water.

This is more of a hypothesis-based science because the researchers probably assumed that maybe bottled water wasn't as clean as everyone thought them to be. Also, bottled water had caused people to be sick in various regions.

This has an important meaning for humans because if we keep drinking bottled water without knowing what is in it etc, we might be putting in our bodies something that can cause us to have later consequences.
