Water Lust: Why All the Excitement When H2O Is Found in Space?

Mars, Europa, interstellar, and the moon are found to have water. In some of the craters on Mars water ice was found. Water is apparently abundant in the solar system. In Mercury, water is found in all three states, gas, liquid, and solid. On Venus water is found in the clouds. In Mars it is found inside the asteroids and comets. There is also water found in Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Jupiter's moons: Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto have all been found to have water. On Pluto's moon there is frozen water. Water has also been found in between the stars. Photosynthetic life uses the hydrogen from water molecules to make sugars. Organisms use water to give strength to cells and transport nutrients. The search for water continues and the hope that one day we might be able to survive in another planet.
